Heat Pipe bending service

Heat pipes are basically straight cylindrical tubes, which can be deformed to fit the design or installation space by bending, forming, and flattening. Any such deformation will lead to a reduction in the performance compared to a straight heat pipe. The influence cannot be quantified across the board, but should always be evaluated by our technical support.

We can recommend both the appropriate capillary structure and advice optimization potential. If the actual length (before deformation) matches our stock types, small and medium-sized series can usually be produced at short notice.
