Quality index: A = Standard, M = Premium, MM = Superior
A = Standard quality
The solder in a standard module has its melting point at 138°C. For this reason, standard modules may only experience temperatures of 100°C maximum. Standard modules are constructed without a flexible layer. As a result, these A grades achieve a service life of max. 20,000 cycles, in contrast to M grades with 800,000 cycles and MM grades with 2,000,000 cycles.
M = Premium quality
Premium modules may be exposed to temperatures up to max. 200°C. In addition, Peltier elements of the premium quality are provided with a flexible intermediate layer to alleviate thermally induced stresses. This enables very long service lives to be achieved under cyclic loads of max. 800,000 cycles.
MM = Superior quality
Superior modules may be exposed to temperatures up to max. 200°C. Peltier elements of the Superior quality are constructed with two flexible intermediate layers. This more than doubles the service life under cyclic load with max. 2,000,000 cycles compared to the M types.
Sealing: Blank = none, S = silicone, X = epoxy resin
All Peltier elements are ready for shipment in our warehouse and can be delivered. The delivery time for such an item is 1-3 working days within Germany. In rare cases, individual items may be out of stock at short notice. In this case you will be informed immediately.
