At the beginning of a project, the thermal problem and the associated boundary conditions must be defined and used as a starting point for the entire development. Once the expected thermal loads and temperatures have been determined, the right cooling solution can be selected.
A three-dimensional model structure enables complex heat flows to be visualized in the course of CFD simulation (Computational Fluid Dynamics) and the components to be optimized accordingly. With the help of Navier-Stokes equations and a large number of different parameters, a detailed representation can be made in the virtual environment. Findings from these visualizations not only flow directly into product development, they also reduce the time required to a minimum. In addition, a detailed insight into the function of the individual components is possible. This means that any problems and damage that may arise can be counteracted in advance. Tests on and with prototypes are almost completely eliminated. With our expertise and the mathematical characterization of all components running parallel to the simulation, an exact validation of the individual components can be carried out. This means that projects can not only be implemented in a short time, but always work with their specification on the edge of what is physically feasible.
Since we only develop customer-specific solutions, we are in direct contact with a large number of branches and branches of industry. Thanks to this wealth of experience, we are able to identify many problem chains as quickly as possible and resolve them accordingly.
